សេចក្តីសម្រេចបណ្តេញលោកស្រីឡាក់ សុភាពចេញពីគបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិបានធ្វើឡើងនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារទី៣០ធ្នូនេះតាមរយៈលិខិតជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយលោក អ៊ូ ច័ន្ទឫទ្ធិ ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការវិន័យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។ លោក អ៊ូ ច័ន្ទឫទ្ធិ បានប្រាប់វិទ្យុបារាំងអន្តរជាតិបន្ថែមថា លោកស្រីឡាក់ សុភាពបានធ្វើឲ្យប៉ះពាល់ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដល់កិត្តិយសគណបក្ស។
លោកស្រីឡាក់ សុភាព ដែលជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការនាយកគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនិងជាជំនួយការរបស់លោក កឹម សុខា ផងនោះបានប្រឡូកក្នុងនយោបាយជាមួយគណបក្សប្រឆាំងអស់រយៈពេល២០ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ស្ត្រីរូបនេះបាននិយាយប្រាប់អ្នកកាសែតកាលពី២៧ធ្នូខណៈដែលលោកស្រីទៅចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយក្រុមបណ្តាញគណបក្សនយោបាយថ្មីដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោក កែម ឡី នោះ អំពីបញ្ហាពុករលួយរបស់មេបក្សនិងការបែកបាក់ផ្ទៃក្នុងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។
ប៉ុន្តែ មេដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិបានបដិសេធទាំងស្រុងនូវព័ត៌មាននេះ។ កាលពីថ្ងៃចន្ទទី២៩ធ្នូ គណៈកម្មាធិការវិន័យគណបក្សក៏បានកោះហៅលោកស្រី ឡាក់ សុភាព ទៅសាកសួរនិងបានទុកពេលមួយថ្ងៃដើម្បីឲ្យលោកស្រីបកស្រាយជាមួយសារព័ត៌មានចំពោះអ្វីដែលខ្លួនបាននិយាយ ប៉ុន្តែ លោកស្រីមិនបានធ្វើតាមទេ។ ភ្លាមៗក្រោយការបណ្តេញចេញពីបក្ស លោកស្រីឡាក់ សុភាព បានបើកធ្វើសន្និសីទកាសែតមួយនៅមុខមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភាដោយហៅការសម្រេចនេះថា«អយុត្តិធម៌»ហើយលោកស្រីនឹងមិនដើរចេញពីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិទេ។
នេះជាលើកដំបូងហើយដែលគណៈកម្មាធិការវិន័យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិចាត់វិធានការចំពោះមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់ខ្លួនដែលបានរិះគន់បរិហារមេដឹកនាំគណបក្ស។ លោកស្រីឡាក់ សុភាព ដែលគេសង្ស័យថា ទំនងជាទៅចូលរួមជាមួយគណបក្សថ្មីរបស់លោក កែម ឡី នោះអះអាងថា លោកស្រីមិនត្រូវបានអ្នកណាទិញទឹកចិត្តឲ្យនិយាយអំពីបញ្ហាពុករលួយនិងការបែកបាក់ផ្ទៃក្នុងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនោះឡើយ៕

Oh boy, does Ms. Lak Sopheap understand Cambodia and Cambodian people are in the danger when Khmer unity was broken apart into different small groups to make Khmer unity becomes very weak so that Ah Yong Yuon/Yiekcong Hun Sen of CPP can control the Khmer people and make Cambodia disappear like Khmer Kampuchea Krom? From that standpoint, she seems to focus on money or wealth for herself or consider herself an opportunist. Does she allow herself to be bought by CPP and to join the idiot Kem Ley who is so stubborn and stupid without being aware of and thinking seriously about the danger of Cambodia and Cambodian people under the dictatorship of Ah Yong Yuon/Yiekcong Hun Sen and his Vietnamese Hanoi Master-minded killers).
Oh well, what can I say? Well, Ms. Lak Sopheap needs to confess in public that she has made the big mistakes and has to admit her wrong doing and her misunderstanding. She need to stop her bad mouthpieces because it is not going to help her any better. If she still cares so much about Cambodia and Khmer/Cambodian people, and wants back to CNRP, then she needs to be disciplined and put under the watch list. Ms. Lak Sopheap need to understand that unity of CNRP supporters, members and leaders in Cambodia are so important. Under the watch list, CNRP supporters and leaders will always be on alert that she is either a spy or CPP disguise. Yes, we heard all she has said in her speech in the support of CNRP is good to be true against the Yuon secret agents, Yuon dirty trick, Yuon encroachment, the Killing Fields, etc., but she is still under the watch list. Again, CNRP supporters, leaders, Mr. Kem Sokha and Mr. Sam Rainsy must and always must be on the alert that CNRP can not be broken and weaken. I believe that CNRP will have to make sure she she is honest and sincere when she wants to go back to CNRP, but I know that it does not guarantee CNRP will believe that she will be honest because of her serious mistake and conspiracy.
At this point, Ms. Lak Sopheap can be considered as the person who cares about money for herself and her family, but not caring about Khmer/Cambodian people and nation and country under the threat of evil Yuon/Vietnamese master-minded killers in Hanoi and Ah Yong Yuon Hun Sen.
All Khmer people and supporters of CNRP must, must and must be united as the strongest Khmer unity that can not be broken. PERIOD!!!
Ms. Lak Sopheap must be warned that she can not to break the Khmer unity.
