Since Hun Sen said he will rule Cambodia till he passes away from old age, and there is no reason to believe otherwise, he will be in the position to successfully finish the tasks. Yes more treaties should be signed so that we can give more land to Vietnam. Every time Hun Sen signed a treaty with Vietnam, Cambodia lost large chunk of lands to Vietnam. Everyday villagers are crying for help because their lands are encroached by Vietnam.

We need copies in English and French so that the people in EU, USA or International Communities can read the reports about the illegal treaties between the criminal Vietnamese masters and criminal Hun Sen who cheated and fooled the buyers (business men in Communist Vietcong and other lawless countries or gangsters or drug dealers) who had no ideas about the illegal treaties.

Traditionally, Vietnam has been expanding into its neighbor's lands, or stealing them out right. To achieve this goal, Vietnam invaded Cambodia and installed a puppet regime so that it can later make ( illegal ) treaties with. With such predetermined INTENT, all treaties were signed " Upon Duress ", therefore under international laws they become null and void.
However, it takes a ( new ) Cambodian government to bring the case to the International Courts of Justice at The Hague.
