Shitty treaties. More like signing away your lands and seas. It's illegal. Did we already have treaty in the un office. Take these to international court to get it back. It was official in 1993 with the un

So many "treaties", so many betrayals...

It sounds like Hanoi is anxious to get all its ill-gotten gains [annexed Cambodian territories] since 1979 consolidated within a legal framework before unforeseeable events threaten those gains.

The Vietnamese murdered the Khmer land and annexed Prey Nokor, then in the late 1800s, the Vietnamese against tried to annex Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh and Cambodia was completely lost for over 40 years. Under the 40 years annexed under the Vietnamese, Phnom Penh was forced to change to a Vietnamese word, NamVang.

Now the Vietnamese new strategy to annex Cambodia is to used the Khmer Rouge Hun Sen to signed away illegal border treaties against the Paris Agreement Act signed by 11 countries.
