If you listen to Mr Sean Peng Se, everything he has tried to explain was unclear about Koh Tral, he was also spoke mumbling, he seem not know Khmer history well. The main point is that:
1. Koh Tral is/was belong to Khmer territory even if Viet illegally occupy. 2. Koh Tral was French administrative only but remain under Cambodia sovereignty 3. Khmer of all generation has full right to claim on Koh Tral. 4. Hun Sen has no right to disown Koh Tral and gave to Viet 5. Hun Sen blame old generation hadleft the problem for him to solve but who has gave damn right to him to solve this problem, he choose to solve by himself without Cambodian consent. If he can not solve problem in Cambodia favour but someone else can.
Yeah, you're right,as I've said before and will say it again,Hun sen signed away Kosh Tral and among other's land was the repayment for spared his life during defection from K.R regime in 1978.
This is what I called "gratitude payment"it is not too complicate just to leave Kosh Tral the way it has been,even if Yuon had been occupied this Island for haft century,the occupation of that Island was illegal up to this point,until Hun Sen signed the treaties to gives away the Island to Yuon during his reign of terror from 1979-now.Hun Sen is responsible for land lost to Yuon,not Sinhanuk nor the France colonialism that made unclear maps,if that the case how did Hun Sen knows which maps is to follows.So Hun Sen is a traitor in this generation,that ceded island to Yuon,we all heard the words come out of his mouth that said;Cambodia has no right to claims Kosh Tral on August 9th 2012 address to the nation about border issues.Cpp Hun Sen has disclaimed Kosh Tral island but khmers people will never give up Kosh Tral.
Hun Sen must be responsible in the face of history for he is the only leader who signed away Khmer territories to neighboring countries. He is the biggest Khmer traitor, probably bigger than King Chey Chettha II.
