Nine child sex-labor slaves repatriated from Thailand

BANGKOK, 14th August (Cambodia Herald) – Nine Cambodian children forced to work as laborers and sex slaves in Thailand were repatriated Wednesday through the border crossing at Poipet, a government official said.

The official, from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, said Cambodia and Thailand had worked together to rescue the nine children and that they were waiting for their parents to bring them home.
