PHNOM PENH,28th August 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - A two-star general and
other suspected drug traffickers appeared in Phnom Penh Municipal Court

The suspects were identified as General Chan Rithy Dy and deputy commanders Deap Sun Lay and Nham Sokha.
Chan Rithy Dy was arrested on Friday last week at his house in Mean Chey district. Police seized a kilo of drugs and 85, 000 pills during the arrest and several tons of luxury timber in a house in Chamkar Morn district the following day.
Police said they arrested Deap Sun Lay and Nham Sokha on Sunday in Porsen Chey district, seizing 9,899 pills.
Deap Sun Lay confessed that he bought a kilo of drugs from Laos for $32,000 which he sold to the general for $35,000.
Police said they were investigating others suspected of importing the drugs from Laos.

Usually poors and powerless people don't have power to sell drugs, only high ranking official like this Fat idiot!...If you people drive Range Rover, Lexus sport car, they are usually dealing with drugs and illegally logging business...
Drugs and Illegally logging are quick money making business in-order to get rich in cambodia today...
They were all drug dealers from Hun To to Hun sen and all Cpp generals....Normal khmers people doesn't have 32,000 or 35,000 dollars.Only thugs and drug dealers with Cpp badge to sell drugs and cut down timbers.
