Svay Rieng court summons three victims of shootings [Perpetrator Chouk Bandith was never summoned, but his victims were summoned many times: Is this an intimidation to silence them?

SVAY RIENG, 11 May 2012 (Cambodia Herald) -Svay Rieng Provincial Court has summoned three garment factory workers shot by a district governor during a protest to appear in court on May 18, a lawyer said Friday.
Chin Lida, the lawyer for the three victims, said  investigating judges "need the three women for clarification" after their earlier testimony.
Chhouk Bandith, the former governor of Bavet, a casino and factory district on the Vietnam border, has been charged with causing unintentional injury after opening fire on protesting worker earlier this year.
The victims, 21-year-old Bun Chinda, 16-year-old Keo Nea and 23-year-old Nout Sorphorn, were seriously injured.
Civil society groups, trade unions and human rights activists have criticized the charge, for which the former governor has not been detained.
