CHIKRENG, Siem Reap, 1 May 2012 (Cambodia Herald) – About 500 families from three
communes in Chikreng district in Siem Reap province have sued Ken
Company in a dispute over 1,000 hectares of land, sources said.
Siem Reap lawmaker Seang Nam promised to ask Prime Minister Hun Sen to release the land to the residents who have been unable to resolve the dispute with local authorities.
According to local officials, the government granted Ken Company a land concession in Pong Ro, Kok Thlok Ler and Khvav communes to plant rubber trees.
Residents say they have long been in dispute with the company as they do not have land titles. They claim, however, that authorities failed to arrange titles for rural residents.

Another case of land grabs and bribery,power abuse,by Cpp upon their own citizens.take this company to court sue the company and Cpp officials who dealing with this case.
