"They say it would be better to die and live as ghosts serving Khmers rather than dogs serving Vietnam. They say this as if I am serving Vietnam," he said during the inauguration of a road project in northern Cambodia.
"So if it (the opposition) ruled the country, would it muster troops to fight Vietnam or what? Be careful -- Vietnam would knock them down as it did with Pol Pot."
Referring to the opposition party's illegal removal of posts along the Vietnam border, Hun Sen said: "The border lines have already been set with Vietnam, Thailand and Laos.
"Border posts need to be set in the right places. Let me reassure you that Vietnam Laos, and Thailand follow maps left from the past and we all are in agreement on setting the posts," Hun Sen said. "Please, stop removing the border posts or you will be sent to jail."
Opposition party leader Sam Rainsy, currently living in exile in France, has been convicted of illegally uprooting posts along the Vietnam border.

ជាមួយនឹងប្រសាសន៍ ច្រានចោលការវាយប្រហារដូច្នេះ សម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានព្រមានថា "សេរីភាព ឲ្យវាមានព្រំដែន។ និយាយៗចុះ ប៉ុន្តែសុំអាណិត កុំទៅធ្វើសកម្មភាពដកបង្គោលវ៉ើយ អានឹងគុក ព្រោះរឿងនោះ អត់មានទាស់ជាមួយហ៊ុនសែន អត់មានរឿងនយោបាយអីទេណា!។ ច្បាប់"។
ជាមួយគ្នានោះ នៅពេលការបោះឆ្នោតឃុំសង្កាត់ ជិតចូលមកដល់ សម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានប្រតិកម្ម ទៅកាន់មេដឹកនាំគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ដែលបានថ្លែងតាមរយៈវិដេអូខនហ្វឺរេន បញ្ជាឲ្យកូនចៅ ដាក់ការគម្រាមលើហ៊ុនសែន តាមរបៀបនេះ ឬក៏តាមរបៀបនោះ ជាដើម។

សម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានប្រកាសថា គណបក្សប្រឆាំងនៅកម្ពុជាសព្វថ្ងៃ មិនដឹងមួយណាទេ ដោយគណបក្សមួយ ប្រកាសខ្លួនថា ប្រឆាំង ហើយទៅលាបពណ៌ឲ្យគណបក្សមួយទៀតថា ជាគណបក្សប្រឆោត។
ក៏ប៉ុន្តែសម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា "គណបក្សប្រឆាំងសព្វថ្ងៃ មានអាជួយ ( សម្តេច ) ដោយចំហ ហើយមានអាជួយ ដោយសម្ងាត់ទៀត"។
ជាការកត់សម្គាល់ អ្នកនយោបាយប្រឆាំង តែងតែលើកឡើងជាញឹកញាប់ថា គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា របស់សម្តេច ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលបានឡើងកាន់អំណាច ក្រោយពីផ្តួលរលំរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៧មករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ គឺមានវៀតណាម ជួយជ្រោមជ្រែង។ ដូច្នេះដើម្បីតបស្នង សងគុណវៀតណាម គឺគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបម្រើវៀតណាម៕

Not only Hun Sen the whole CPP as some Khmer know and a lot don't the origin of CPP as follow.
CPP was created by late Ho Chi Minh in 1951 under the name of the Khmer People's Revolutionary Party or KPRP for short led by Nguyen Thach Son in Cambodia during Yuon Vient Minh created Khmer Viet Minh like Pen Sovann, Chan Si, Heng Samrin, Chea Sim and around other 5 thousand more fighting French colony in Cambodia between 1940s-1954 tilled Geneva Conference.
To cover up their militaries activities and militaries personals known as yuon Viet Minh in Cambodia late Ho Chi Minh used the name of yuon Viet Minh and Khmer Viet Minh cooperation and friendship to fight and expel French colony from Indochina by promising,Khmer people would lead and govern their country and Lao people would lead and govern Lao country ( Sic! )
But the real ambition of late Ho Chi Minh was to REMOVE French Colony and REPLACE INDOCHINA FEDERATION by creating KPRP ( the old name of CPP ) in 1951 to mislead Khmer public late Ho Chi Minh cover up the real leader of the Khmer People's Revolutionary Party was Nguyen Thach Son by setting up a group of its puppets known as Issarak leaders group:
1. Son Ngoc Minh or better known as Achar Mean.
2. Tou Samouth.
3. Sieu Heng.
4. And many more.
But Son Ngoc Minh ( Achar Mean )Tou Samouth, Sieu Heng they all had no power whatever they did, big or small they had to adk permission from the real Viet Minh leader in Cambodia for permission that was Nguyen Thach Son.
Note:
1.Nguyen Thach Son knew Cambodia as the back of his hands because he was the real yuon Viet Minh and Khmer Viet Minh militaries leader in Cambodia during 1940s-1954.
2. Not many Cambodian know that Nguyen Thach Son was the real leader of yuon and Khmer Viet Minh during 1940s-1954 or better known as the Khmer People’s Revolutionary Party or KPRP.
3. Son Ngoc Minh or Achar Mean left Cambodia with other former Khmer Viet Minh 1041 including Pen Sovann to Hanoi ( North Vietnam ) in 1954 and lived in Hanoi tilled 1972 and left Hanoi in 1972 to Chinese hospital for Stroke and high blood pressure and died in Chinese hospital in 1972 as some Western website confirmed.
My Friends! Now we can hear it very loud and clear that VNT who invaded Cambodia by knocking down POL POT. Not the CPP party. This is what Hun Sen confessed: "So if it (the opposition) ruled the country, would it muster troops to fight Vietnam or what? Be careful -- Vietnam would knock them down as it did with Pol Pot."
So the CPP has nothing to help our Khmer People from dying by POL POT regime. Instead CPP called for VNT to invade its own motherland.
